The Taste of the berry was amazing! But the main thing is that myself and my family felt a difference day 1. We don’t feel hungry during the fast or thirsty. My family and I absolutely love this electrolyte! Fantastic taste, my favorite is berry fusion! You can literally feel the difference after a few minutes after drinking. I just wished they done bigger sizes or made it slightly cheaper to allow for bulk buy, so we literally ration these!

They definitely do the job on a hot day and help to keep me hydrated. They taste nice but are rather sweet. Easy to use compared to tablets as I don't have to wait for it to dissolve.

Strike is THE choice when it comes to staying hydrated, especially during workouts or hot weather. The flavours are enjoyable and not too overpowering, making them easy to drink. The sachets are convenient and can be used on the go. It helps replenish electrolytes and I wouldn’t recommend any other brand.

I've used a few different types of electrolyte powders and I find these ones dissolve better than most. I just pour them into a bottle, add 500ml of tap water and give a quick shake, and then it's ready to use. Although this pack seems quite expensive, it's much cheaper than buying ready made sports drinks and so convenient to carry when you're out and about as the sachets are really small and light. Overall these are great for exercising in the hot weather to help keep yourself hydrated.
